The cuboid form of the building is strategically punctuated with openings of varying size, shape, and orientation, serving multiple purposes: they establish visual and environmental transparency, frame curated views of the surrounding landscape, and allow diffused natural light to permeate deep into the interiors. These apertures also support passive ventilation strategies, enhancing thermal comfort while reducing energy demand.
