One of our apartment projects in Anna Nagar, Chennai, designed for Intermont, is conceived as a Stilt + 5 structure with one spacious 3BHK residence per floor, ensuring exclusivity and privacy.

The architectural language embraces a modern minimalist expression, articulated in a beige-toned façade punctuated with horizontal groove patterns that lend subtle texture and rhythm. The cuboidal massing is thoughtfully broken with balcony projections and window punctures, introducing depth, shadow play, and a dynamic balance between openness and solidity. The balconies act as key architectural elements, softening the rectilinear form while enhancing the building’s interactive relationship with the outdoors.
