This project forms part of a quartet of model residences at CIT Nagar, Chennai—envisioned as a 3BHK contemporary dwelling.

The spatial narrative is guided by the principles of serene minimalism, articulated through linear geometries, restrained detailing, and a refined material vocabulary. A neutral base of beige-toned finishes establishes a seamless sense of continuity and expansiveness across the apartment. To enrich this canvas, the interiors are layered with accent luminaires, classical wall moldings, muted pastel inflections, and curated eclectic décor artifacts, collectively imparting depth, texture, and nuanced visual drama.

The otherwise monochromatic palette is punctuated by strategic chromatic interventions: a modular kitchen defined by a bold green finish, a bedroom animated with refreshing green accents in wardrobes, soft furnishings, and layered textiles, and another bedroom distinguished by the presence of a burgundy cot. These carefully orchestrated insertions of color introduce vibrancy and focal interest while maintaining a coherent, harmonious aesthetic dialogue throughout the residence.
